Took my new CBR 600 for an oil change; I got the oil and filter changed and had the chain adjusted. I was impressed by the initial visual inspection; found what looked like an oil leak; it must have come from the road. Not only did they service the bike very promptly but also cleaned the bike. Kudos for great service. I will be returning here for sure.

I purchased a 2021 CRF450RL from Kathleen in February of 2021 and there was a mix up at DMV and my registration never got completed. After waiting for a few months without plates I reached out to Kathleen and she set out to find out what happened. The great news in a long story is Kathleen stayed the course speaking probably a dozen times with DMV to get everything sorted out for me. Her level of customer service and professionalism is second to none. I will buy my next Honda from Kathleen and Honda of Glendale!
Thank you Kathleen!
Sincerely,
RonRon Giger, Westlake Village, CA -
I have bought dozens of motorcycles over my life time and this was one of the simplest and most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. Kathleen was warm and friendly and provided a "no hassle" deal. I will have no problems buying here again and will refer my friends and family with complete confidence.
Thanks again!

I bought my Scooter from a private seller and I wasnt able to see my usual mechanic who was out of town for the holidays. I decided to bite the bullet and call the dealership. I was prepared for a big bill and a long wait. I had neither. Brian is top notch. Not only did he diagnose what the noise I was concerned with on my bike, In a fair amount of time, He gave me a heads-up to some potential concerns that were on the horizon to be aware of. Not once did I feel like he was trying to suggest unessecary repairs or "sell" me anything. I agreed with everything he said. The accessories like the Liscense plate tag that he put on without me even asking were touching really. My attempt to install the tags were comical and his was beautiful and so thoughtful. I was even late picking my scooter up and yet he stayed after closing, delaying his holiday travel plans to make sure I could pick it up. I am beyond impressed and so appreciative of the peace of mind I have now. Thanks guys

Been a customer for about 8 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my service - wouldn't trust my bike to anyone else.
Family owned and operated is what more of the world needs. You just can't get better customer service than what this family provides, period.
I brought my 'used purchase '1979 motorcycle and had the engine torn completely down and re-gasketed and re-sealed, and it's been humming like a bee ever since. Brian even took the time to show me the inside of the engine while the engine was completely apart. They always take the time to explain the issues and my options. Having restored two cars in my life - I know when someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes - and these guys are straight shooters - no B. S. they are honest with me at all times.
I've bought my helmet from them too, one came in that wasn't exactly what I wanted ( looked a little different than the photo in the book ), they took time to look through the catalogs with me and ordered a different one without even a wrinkled eyebrow. Great service all around.
I've been thinking of upgrading to a more highway capable bike and thought of going with another brand other then Honda - then I think - geeeez , I'd need to go to another DEALER for my service then ! and I wouldn't want to do that ! I trust this family owned business so much and appreciate their service so much that I think I'll be buying another Honda when I upgrade - just because I don't want to start all over and run into some nightmares with a dealer or service people I don't know and trust.
Hope my review wasn't too long guys.
Thanks for your years of excellent customer care.
Steven.

Brought my 40th Anniversary Goldwing in to have several after market parts installed. Brian was as friendly and courteous as one could ask for in customer service. I left the bike for the day as we agreed and when I returned all the new parts were installed nice and clean as if they were installed at the factory.
I highly recommend the service department here as they are customer service oriented and fairly priced.Dean S, Los Angeles, CA -
Great service and great people.
It's family owned place. And the family works in it. They have cool collection of bikes. Highly recommend it to friends.Eiad K, Pasadena, CA -
Very helpful and friendly staff. Brian is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what maintenance will be done and what needed to be done in the future. Me being a newb, and buying my cruiser used, was weary when he recommended I should get my values cleared/readjusted (I just came in for an oil change). But knowing the previous owner hadnt performed any maintenance on the bike prior, as well as Brians great explanation on its importance and even pulling out a book to show maintenance schedules, he convinced me to get it done. Now my baby is running great and I have that peice of mind. Phil in the showroom is a friendly, funny guy. So is the lady (whom I never got the name). Very friendly staff and great service. Prices are comparable, but Id def come back!

First time at Honda of Glendale. I had an appointment for my Honda Goldwing to replace the dreaded air filter. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and they took the Wing right in. Brian greeted me and was friendly, courteous, and professional. The shop was clean also. I saw an older. bearded mechanic who looked like he had worked on bikes his whole life and it put me at ease right away. The work was completed on time. The air filter on the Wing is difficult to replace and I am glad I took it to Honda of Glendale. I will definitely go back for any work I do not do myself. The only negative, which is no fault of the shop, is I don't like to ride in the City of Glendale. Heavy traffic and fast drivers everywhere. Another plus that they were open on Saturday at 8 am before the traffic.

I called on a Saturday morning to see if they would take my Honda CBR for general maintenance as I hadn't ridden it in a long time. I was told that because of their other appointments there may be a chance that it wouldn't be completed the same day, but to bring in the motorcycle anyway. I didn't mind as I wasn't in a rush. As I was riding here I turned to a side road to stop and check my phone and (coincidentally?) my battery died. After a quick ordeal with AAA I made it. Brian walked me through the process and told me that in light of the battery situation they would test it to see if it needed replacement.Later that day I received a call saying that the motorcycle would be ready just before closing. I was slightly relieved that I would be able to pick it up the same day (one less thing to worry about). When I got there they showed me the results of the battery test (bad battery) and got my bike back. Thanks Brian/Honda of Glendale for the fast, friendly, and great service!

Brian, the lead mechanic, is a very knowledgeable and capable. I bought a used VFR earlier this year from a private seller and brought it to Brian for its 16000 mile service. The bike ran like dream after the service was completed. I've had a few other minor things handled by this shop and I'm always satisfied. Ordered parts come in quickly with a marginal mark-up. If you're looking for a friendly, helpful, and reliable mechanic look no further.

This place is great. I have an old school Honda street bike, and I will always bring my business here for anything regarding my bike. The service is incredible and everyone is super helpful. Brian has tremendous knowledge of all Honda mc's. They will help with everything, small to big service on motorcycles. Go here for anything motorcycle related, you won't be disappointed.

I used to get my bike serviced at the shop in Hollywood, because it was nearby. When it closed, I thought... dang, that's too bad, it was convenient. When I came back from a trip and realized I needed some brake work done, I googled "Honda motorcycle service" and the next-nearest place was way up in Glendale. Fine... I lugged it up there. But all things happen for a reason, I suppose, because Honda of Glendale is the best service experience I've had since I started riding. Complete night and day to Hollywood. While Hollywood would tell me work would be done in a day, and a week later I'd still be calling to see if it's ready, Glendale got me in and out in 45 minutes. The guys were great, the price was right. So the ride up is a little farther, but for me at least it's definitely worth it.

Very happy with the service I got today when I brought in my wheel to get the tire replaced. They were friendly and professional but what sold me on the place is their extensive knowledge. My bike is 40 years old, and the moment I showed them the wheel they pointed out a number of issues with the wheel, both major and minor. The biggest issue was that I previously (from another shop, for which I have also written a negative review) had put on the wrong sized tire! But some other things as well, a questionable powder coating job (with done without removing the sprocket retaining hardware, no biggie but indicative of the care the wheel had been given), some poorly installed brake springs (backwards, could pop out), which they fixed, a beaten up retaining pin (which they also fixed, ground off the burrs so now it moves freely). All this stuff they fixed for me for just a couple extra bucks. I really appreciate the attention to detail. The rim was also well out of balance from the last place I brought it too, they got it balanced spot on. The fact that they saw all these issues at a glance, on a machine that old, has really sold me on this place. I'm sure I'll be returning here for service in the future.

Wow! This place went above and beyond. Brought my 500 CBR in for routine inspection and chain lube/adjustment. They noticed slight bulge in side panels and gas smell. Found the gas tank was cracked due to a horrible installation job performed by Honda of Hollywood, that is now out of business. Ventilation tubes were crossed and in the wrong place-gas fumes built up in the tank and cracked it. Not only did they fix it, but they contacted Honda Corporate and discussed the faulty installation performed by a Honda certified dealer and Honda bought me a new tank! Saved me $500. Great family owned shop that actually cares about bikes and drivers. Restored my faith in humanity.

These people are cool!
This is a small little place with a staff that are very friendly and helpful. Brian is awesome!
I came here to service my 2012 Honda Ruckus a few times and ended up trading it to upgrade to a 2016 Honda PCX 150... What a great move!
I'll be back for all of my Honda scooter service in the future...Ran H, Los Angeles, CA -

Brian Strong went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my 1986 Honda CH150 Elite Deluxe. Parts were not easy to find but he and his parts specialist managed to find everything needed. Having such a rich knowledge from years of experience along with an honest desire to serve their customers makes Honda of Glendale a cut above the rest. My Scooter has never run smoother or been more fun to ride. Thank you Brian!!

I recently brought my bike in for service due to a gear issue. I just want to thank Brian for going above and beyond in every way to fix the bike quickly, and for noticing a few other issues that needed to be addressed. After fearing a major engine rebuild might be needed, I was pleased that Brian quickly diagnosed it as a minor issue. It means a lot to me to deal with a business that is clearly about customer service.
